Guidance for completion:

1. Work through the problems, ensuring you are drawing diagrams for all of the problems.
2. When you think you have solved a problem, use the worked solutions to evaluate your answer and annotate your work with targets for improving your solutions e.g. significant figures, improving solving efficiency.
3. If you get stuck and can't solve a problem, have a look at the worked solutions and see if you can understand each step then re-attempt the question.
4. If you can't understand the steps, watch the tutorial video for full explanation of the worked solutions.
5. If you are still stuck, ask your teacher for help!

The Ippon level questions are meant to be challenging at this point, do not worry if you don't understand what is happening! You will meet slopes and pendula further into the course.
